My image is not perfect, but can it still be used ?

Why do we emphasize the importance of the lamination?

When will I see the preview of my canvas prints?

What format should the files be?

Can you restore damaged photographs?

Are there any hidden costs when ordering?

What is the payment procedure?

What does the guarantee cover?

Good quality images make for better success but current digital technology is such that some poor images may actually turn out surprisingly well.

On the other hand, some images cannot be enhanced to satisfaction.

Since we do not charge prior to evaluating your images, you lose nothing by sending us images for evaluation even if they cannot be printed as is.

After evaluating your images and consulting with you, we can usually perform the work without additional charge. If additional charge will be involved, we always ask your approval before proceeding.

Laminate is a liquid coating applied over the printed canvas providing a fully sealed barrier that protects your print against scuffing and UV.

We think lamination is so important that every canvas receives two coats of laminate.

Like canvas, there are various grades of laminate. Many of these are thin and provide limited protection.

The product we use has been thoroughly tested and proven to be a huge benefit to the longevity of the colors.

The price quoted is the price you pay. Shipping cost is additional.

Minor adjustments to the image such as red eye removal, color balancing and image cropping are included in the price.

We certainly provide this service and will give you an estimate.

In most cases you will be surprised to see how affordable it is.

We request a deposit of 2/3 for new customers or of 1/2 for returning ones, the balance after you receive your canvas.

For billing we use PayPal, a secure online payment system

Your personal information will never be shared and eventually stored, the later being a major risk.

You don’t need to have a PayPal account and can pay by credit cards.

If you prefer, we also accept personal checks..

If you are emailing or uploading, then JPEG is probably best.
If you are sending a CD in to us then the bigger the file, the better. A large JPEG would be fine although an uncompressed TIFF is probably the best
The quality of the final product will depend in a part on the file size we receive.

Accordingly, we suggest that the file you send be of the best quality your equipment will allow.
We can also scan photos, slides and transparencies. We only charge $15 for this service.

When scanning photos yourself, do it at 240 dpi (dots per inch) at output size or higher.

The preview of your canvas prints will be ready within two business days of placing your order.

If the canvas is not satisfactorily and if in our evaluation we believe that we can improve upon the result, or if we agree that there is indeed a defect we did not detect, we will make a reprint at no charge.

If a refund is requested, for whatever the reason,  we return the full amount less 15% (with a minimum of $15) upon return of the canvas.

Shipping charges are not refundable except in the event of a defective canvas.
