For Damaged Products
If your package arrives damaged send an email to email@example.com including pictures of the packaging and the damage of the product itself. Once received, we will contact you within 2 regular business days and promptly prepare a replacement order.
We are not satisfied unless you are satisfied. We guarantee that our products are free of any material or production defects. In the unlikely event there is a defect in your print send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the nature of the problem and include pictures of the affected areas.
For our Studio Frames, Studio Flats and Traditional Canvas single print product lines, we offer an unconditional 100% satisfaction guarantee. Simply return the print within 45 days of purchase. For returns that are not a result of a material or a production defect you will have the option to receive a replacement print or a refund less the original amount paid for shipping. If you choose to receive a replacement print you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the cost for shipping the replacement print. The unconditional return guarantee does not apply to the multi panel layouts, multi shapes layouts and the Studio Shapes product lines.
